Factories and Works Act (Chapter 14:08)
An ACT to provide for the registration and control of factories, the regulation of conditions of work in factories, supervision of the use of machinery, precautions against accident to persons employed on structural work and for matters incidental to the foregoing.

SI 2019-068 Customs and Excise Duty Rebate on Motor Vehicles Imported under the Health Service Vehicle Loan Scheme
Subject to this section, with effect from 1st January, 2019, a rebate of duty shall be granted in respect of one motor vehicle imported or taken out of bond by a serving Public Health Worker below the Deputy Director Grade in Zimbabwe, who is employed by the Health Service Board and Grant Aided Health. Facilities for a period of not less than two years and is not under any disciplinary proceedings or on fulltime Manpower Development Leave.
